Psychological Approach on working with Dreams
My blog name is Sahayaathrika. In Malayalam, It means "Somebody who walk along with you".
I would like to walk along with people through this blog.
As far as i Know,-" the worst part of person's life is when the person looses his mind".
Some people and their life looks perfectly alright from the face of it. But, deep inside, people are not so happy.
Also the issue of corona aroused and added to this unhappiness.
Going Back to the very ancient age theories and Yoga practices are seen common among the worried people. Spending lot on Spirituality or Yoga -Does it heal peoples' real problems. Certainly, not.
Don't even know how many of them know this. They just hope and believes that spending on these things will bring good fortune to them and their family.
Finding time for ourselves is the greatest thing you can do to be happy.Although you are too busy throughout the day, finally you have some time while you go for sleep. Think about your dream at that time.Spend atleast one hour on that before you sleep and spent one hour on that as soon as you wake up.
Then, your unconscious mind will be filled with these thing whole day, even if you have no time to spend for that. This will let you achieve your ambitions some day, if its 100 percent true and you are worthy of it.
